4" prime available as above, 4" mechanicals with standard Semi flats are as available in limited quantities. However, 4" mechanicals that have flats rotated 45deg to the standard are immediately available in quantities up to several hundred. These are most suitable for machine prove ins or in the case where wafers are cut into smaller pieces.
