Semiconductor Process Engineer. Assists with purchase, startup, and qualification of semiconductor process equipment, develops new wafer fabrication processes, maintains process stability, and implements procedures for statistical process control and yield improvement. Also orders materials and consumables, and documents processes and procedures for ISO-9001 compliance. Position requires hands-on process experience in semiconductor device fabrication, process equipment operation, dry etching, metallization, testing, yield analysis and sustaining engineering, preferably with compound semiconductors. B.S. degree in engineering, physics or chemistry with three years relevant experience preferred.

Photolithography Engineer. Assists with purchase, installation, and qualification of process tools, including coating and developing tracks and photolithography systems. Develops photolithographic processes for sub-half-micron patterning, and leads efforts for resolution enhancement, process stability and yield improvement. Additional duties: ordering of materials and consumables, including photomasks, documenting processes for ISO-9001 compliance, and maintaining process stability. B.S. degree in engineering, physics or chemistry with three years relevant experience preferred. Experience in compound semiconductors is highly desirable.

Epitaxial Growth Engineer. Performs growth of GaN/AlGaN heterostructures on silicon carbide and sapphire substrates using semi-automated metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) epitaxy system. Performs characterization and evaluation of material quality, and maintains epitaxial growth process within normal parameters. B.S. or M.S. degree in engineering, physics or chemistry with three years relevant experience preferred. Experience in compound semiconductor epitaxy is highly desirable.
